Angela was born in Scottsbluff to Ed and Freida (Meininger) Minch on January 12, 1964. She shared a special bond with her brother, Lee, and cherished her relationship with both of her parents throughout her life. Her brother and father were not only family, but also her closest friends.

She achieved a teaching degree from Chadron State College and received a Master's from the University of Wyoming. Angie taught elementary education in Lyman and Mitchell, and special education at ESU 13. She was extremely well-liked by a significant number of her students. Some remained in touch with her and formed life-long bonds. Angie was a great friend as well, maintaining many lasting friendships of forty or fifty years or more.

She was united in marriage to Wayne Rhamy on July 2, 1993. They welcomed one daughter, Myranda, who died shortly after birth, and one son, Austin, who nearly died after his birth. Austin became the pride and joy of both Angie and her father, Ed, until each of them passed. Austin was their reason to keep living for many years after their quality of life diminished. Angie's brother, Lee, with whom she was extremely close, died in 1999 at the age of forty. A few years later, in 2003, Angie became ill with a degenerative disease she struggled with for the last 23 years.

Throughout all her battles, she remained positive and fought to make the most of life for herself and her loved ones. She was one of the strongest people ever to meet, and she dealt with more pain than any person should. Angie always found ways to stay positive and a reason to fight through all of it. She is now reunited with her brother Lee, both parents, her daughter Myranda, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles, among other family members. She never gave up, even in her final moments on Earth.

Her suffering is over, and her memory will now be carried forth by her son, Austin Rhamy; special friends, Angie and Monte Vach and their children, Charyl Henne, and Jimmy and Jane Rice; and several other cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Angie's family and close friends would like to express their appreciation to everyone who contributed to her care. She would want the best for all who cared for her and who provided other needed support to her throughout the years. Her struggle has ended, and she is at rest with Jesus and those who went before her.
