Stanley Theodore Michals Jr.

Stanley Theodore Michals Jr., 76, of Lyman, Nebraska, died unexpectedly at his home, Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Cremation has taken place in accordance with his wishes. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-4:00 pm, Sunday, April 7, 2024, at The Lyman Fire Hall (309 Jeffers Avenue, Lyman, NE). Stanley was born September 13, 1947, in Ogden, Utah to Stanley (Senior) and Lillian (Koptez) Michals. Although his early life was tough, he managed to become somewhat of a self-made businessman and was able sustain himself with his varied interests. He lived life as he chose and always expressed himself openly. A mentor to some and a thorn in the side for others, you always knew where you were with him, and he will be missed by most.

He is survived by his brother, Ted Michals, various cousins, nieces, nephews, and his extended family in Nebraska.
