William "Bill" A. Loring

William “Bill” A. Loring, age 70, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at his home. Cremation has taken place in accordance with his wishes. Bill was born on October 16, 1955, in Fairmont, Minnesota, to Gerald and Lauralee (Edwards) Loring.

He was a lifelong learner, eventually earning a master's in information technology. His interests included music, teaching, and all things electronic.

He will be missed by his siblings, Laurie, Susan, Ellen, and David; along with several nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Lauralee; and brother, Gerry.
